Princess Aiko is held captive by two scary guards. Together with her lady-in-waiting she passes the time dancing and singing. But when the door of her room is ajar, she tries to escape with the help of several animals. But the guards are on the ball and manage to stop her every time. That is, until she gets help of a mythical creature...

In this performance we take you on a musical journey from Japan to India and from Persia to China. The classic arias of operas by Handel, Puccini, Ravel and other star composers have been adapted for gamba, harpsichord, flute and oriental instruments.
