There are fewperiods that appeal to the imagination quite as much as the twenty years before the First World War. The 'Belle Epoque' was a fascinating periodwith vigorous new impulses and also the inspiration for this New Year Ball.
Two danceworlds come together: the traditional 19th-century dances of Western Europe and American ragtime. Have fun is the motto!
